- Responsible to engage influencing key business / function stakeholders to role model a Learning Culture, and drive people capability across diverse groups.
- Liaise with senior management and HR Head to align the overall learning and development strategy with the broader business goals of the company.
- Oversee Training, Competence schemes and Talent Programmes to ensure they are regulatory compliant and aligned to the business strategy
- Coach the L&D team to develop, design, deliver and evaluate high impact learning interventions
- Oversee training delivery for managerial and sales teams along with measuring effectiveness
- Oversee the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding the effectiveness of instructional design
- Oversee the effectiveness of Corporate and Sales representatives' LMS training
- Conduct continuous assessments/feedback sessions to measure the training effectiveness
- Support the assessment development centre programs for succession planning and talent management.
- Provide direction and develop lasting leadership development programs within the business
- Allocate & Optimize L&D budget by managing partnerships - Mapping business requirements and scope, considering costs, risks and benefits; preparing periodic reports on the performance and the growth plans
- Ensure that programs are conducted in a timely manner as per plans within allocated budgets
