L&D Head
We are hiring for a L&D Leader for a leading Real Estate Consulting MNC based at Bangalore.
Role Summary :
- To Lead, Develop & Execute Talent and Leadership development strategy that is in line with business strategy & to contribute in organizational performance.
- Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management and capacity building to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity at various levels both in retail & corporate verticals.
- Review the effectiveness of training programs and evaluate using various theories/models used in L&D space
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Spearheading design, development, roll-out of various OD and change management initiatives.
- Lead and manage training department, strategize, conceptualize, design training cycle, implement and drive across the country.
- Lead and manage functional, behavioral & skill trainings.
- Identify and understand the strategic training needs through competency/ skill set mapping for various roles and chart learning solutions for progression within the organization.
- Talent management, leadership development & succession management Initiatives.
- Delivery and Implementation ensuring deployment of agreed solutions.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through post training assessments and periodical knowledge checks.
- Compile, analyze training performance, review with business leaders and publish periodically.
- Ascertain scope for continuous improvements, devise training modules to build a culture of service excellence.
- Drive the usage of digital systems and technology for training & development
- Supervise effective induction and orientation sessions
- Stakeholder management and Team management
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA HR, OD or Industrial Psychology,
- 10 years of experience in L&D (Ideally working in a matrixed MNC environment)
- Presentation, training facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Business Acumen in Real Estate / Consulting would be an added advantage.
- Ability to create and align learning & organizational development strategy to business strategy
- Ability to drive training strategy in a multiple stakeholder organization
- Exposure to data analysis & interpretation.
