- The position heads the OD, L&D, Culture building for a diverse range of group's operation in India and overseas.

- Persons with a passion for OD, Culture building and deep expertise in L&D areas are the right fit.

- Minimum 20 years experience is needed.

- The preferred incumbent should have had experiences in manufacturing environment with at least a few years at a very senior level in a Group or large manufacturing industry.

- The position reports to the Global HRD and is supported by a team of L&D/OD heads in group companies.
