Job Description -
- Strategically define the direction of future learning across functions, informed by a deep understanding of the current state of learning and development programs.
- MIS report related progress in L&D (Man-hours spent/Budget vs. Actual/coverage in different categories of employees/Planned training vs. Actual/variance)
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the development of learning solutions and successful implementation
- Provide strategic direction to effectively enable learning for functions NHT, Role transitions, OJT, and content development
- Strategizing, planning, and executing end-to-end learning to impact business metrics
And it's a team handling role.
