Responsibilities:-
- A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports.
- Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising and business development.
- Take ownership of existing strategic projects and scaled programs in the following areas
- Ensure outcomes of initiatives are durable and can sustain post absorption by functions where applicable - leverage process and documentation towards this end.
- Coordinate with the tech, product, marketing teams to build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of total experience.
- Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet being organised and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.
- An understanding of budgets and business planning.
- Experience building and leading operational and strategic initiatives, running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, marketing and operations teams to define cross-functional plans for sequencing tasks and meeting objectives.
