We are currently hiring for one of the leading players in the mobile solutions (with INR 800 crores of overall revenue). The company has over 2300 employees, which includes the on roll as well as off roll employees.

- The company equips telecoms, banks and retailers to seize the explosive mobile growth opportunity with unique, scalable and secure solutions. They've won Golden Peacock award for Innovation 7 times in a row, which is the holy grail of corporate excellence

The Position :

- Head - Learning and Development, OD and Talent Management for one of the World's Most Successful Mobile Solutions Leader in VAS & Payments

- Identify the current needs of people, roles and business. Create the framework which addresses these needs. Ensure on-time delivery while creating a world class learning experience. Measure effectiveness of the programs and improve them continuously

- Identify the critical positions based on current and future business needs. Work on succession planning and grooming of identified people. Bring in external perspective, thoughts and practices which ensure future talent pipeline is better equipped to handle unforeseen challenges

- Support the organic and inorganic growth plans of the Company by focusing on leadership development in various businesses, roles and levels

- Create best in class programs and practices which align with the Company's overall positioning as a thought leader in its space

- Work with executive leadership to design a cohesive and comprehensive learning strategy for the Company - short term, medium term and long term

Skills and Experience :

- MBA (full time), preferably from a Tier 1 college

- 12-18 years of experience as a Learning professional with at least 8 years with Tier 1 organisation which are known for their Learning practices and processes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent project management, people management and planning skills

- Pro-active, high on energy, self-motivated, very high excellence orientation, eye for detail
