- Responsible for leading Learning & Development function for the organization.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, design and implement specific interventions towards leadership development and behavioral change across the businesses.
- Technology savvy to identify and implement latest tools to design and deliver learning agenda
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Designing a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning.
