Head - Learning & Development (Female - From Manufacturing Background)
1. Timely support to business by ensuring training of all Staff (Trainees, GET, ABC & G staff)
2. Monthly Dashboards with training mandates tracker, Plan vs actual
3. Talent Development through focused Capability Building approach (IDP & other devlopments) in discussion with dept / funct heads and SBU Heads
3. Diversity Management and creating healthy Employee Experience and supporting manager action planning
4. Adherence to Training Mondays per employee, also Plan vs Actual, and liasoning external training partners
5. Training support to plant operations & establishing basic manufacturing practices & 5s, safety and other modules
6. Co-create robust assimilation process for new joinees.
Candidate Profile :
- Hands on experience in Manufacturing Plant with technical background
- High on energy and preferably Female
- Flair towards Learning & development
- Hands on experience in Manufacturing Plant with the technical background
