This leader in the business with plants in India and overseas is looking for a new age learning & development professionals to steer the HR initiatives which encompass the business and diverse competencies challenges.
The position is based in Gurgaon/Delhi.

Job Purpose:
- Define, design, implement and monitor corporate learning & development (L&D), talent management and organizational development (OD) strategies, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organizations strategic plan
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Lead the Learning & Development function, designing the strategy, defining the programs and processes, overseeing & managing the implementation of plans by maximizing the resource of the whole team, contracting with external partners as required and building a L&D partner ecosystem
- Set up/streamline L&D processes, Nomination, Delivery, Effectiveness etc. across the various parts of the organization ensuring standardization and quality of delivery, leverage technology to deliver L&D programs across the organization
- Lead the development and oversee the implementation of a culture of continuous learning and development aligned with the requirements of the strategic plan; utilize e-learning as a mode of continuous learning in the organization, establish a robust periodic learning calendar process
- Align L&D programs and deliverables to the organization competency framework, facilitate the roll out of the framework and utilize it for various talent identification and development programs
- Set-up design and implement the leadership development framework across the levels i.e. senior management, middle management, junior management and entry level GETs/MTs in alignment with organizational strategy and future needs
- Design and deliver talent management processes including succession planning, Hi-Po identification etc.
- Provide/facilitate the delivery of executive coaching/delivery of high-quality action learning to senior Directors and function heads across the organization
- Identify top talent and create IDPs/leadership development journeys for a robust talent pipeline/designing & delivering succession plans; ready to manage organizations growth in the future
- Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support cultural & organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational values
- Oversee the delivery of high quality and timely management information on all aspects of learning & development activity across the organization and information to report progress against agreed performance measures
- Facilitate and support any organization-wide organization development, goal setting, employee engagement etc. efforts as and when required
Education : MBA degree in T&D/HR/Psychology/ PG Diploma in HR( Full Time)
Experience: 10-15 years experience, preferably Manufacturing
