Key accountabilities :
- You will work closely with the senior stakeholders to understand the Learning needs of the organization and cater to it in the most effective and efficient manner.
- You will define and shape Learning programs to achieve our organizational goals - Technical as well as Soft Skills
- You will drive initiatives and activities which will encourage and build a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
- Drive programs targeted at developing exceptional leaders at all levels of leadership within the organization
- Use data to make informed decisions, track and measure the impact of programs tied to business output
- Employ innovative, scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom, including self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job, mobile learning, testing, and monitoring
- Create a learning journey for the campus selects and enable them to transition to full time roles
- Develop and implement a plan of reskilling and effective management of resources not assigned to a live project.
- Be a brand ambassador of the organization and create external connects within the industry.
Must have technical / professional qualification :
- Minimum 15 years' overall experience in L&D with at least 5 years of leading the function
- Outstanding project management & organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and ability to work comfortably with data
- Business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
- Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
