Head -Learning & Development -Noida - Internet/Online/BFSI/FMCG/Telecom
- Our client is one of the largest B2B channel, it focuses on providing a platform to SMEs, large enterprises as well as individuals.
- The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of sales team.
- This role is pivotal in driving sales excellence and ensuring that our sales force is equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve their targets and support the company's growth objectives.
Purpose of Role:
1. Manage organizational development strategies and processes.
2. Assess training needs of operating, business, and functional units.
3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet training needs and program goals.
4. Design and execute key programs offered by L&D.
5. Evaluate strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
6. Manage the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
7. Provide consultative services to the business units regarding mentoring.
8. Plan and lead short-term and long-term planning for various OD programs.
9. Prepare budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.
10. Develop and manage the L&D budget for the sales division.
11. Ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs while maintaining high quality.
12. Ensure compliance with internal and external audits for the department.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs, Identify, and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers and Top Management.
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses the requirements and expectations of employees, function, and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (For instances coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc.).
- Proven experience in a learning and development leadership role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and modern instructional design techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
