Our Client is a well-known leader in the insurance space. They are looking for a seasoned L&D professional with good exposure to sales training to head their L&D function based out of Mumbai.
Job Description :
Reporting to the HR Head,you will be responsible to:
- Drive LMS and drive innovation for a cost-effective and impactful learning strategy
- Work alongside senior leadership to understand and align with business needs
- Lead the content creation and delivery in tandem with vendors
- Measure the efficiency of Learning interventions and drive high productivity in the organization
- Conceptualize and design the sales training plan for the sales force
- Conduct regular training needs analysis on product, process and behaviour
- Significant experience in sales and leadership learning & development programs and experience in facilitating training and conducting coaching
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- 15-20 years of experience in L&D with recent experience in heading the function for a large employee base
- Exposure to LMS and awareness of latest technological advancement in L&D is must have
- Candidates from large retail or NBFC setups would be given high preference
