Head - Learning & Development- based in Mumbai, who will lead all L&D and OD initiatives across the organization, reporting to the Head - Human Resources.
- The person should be a self-starter with relevant training & assessment related certifications, and a proven ability to design & facilitate delivery of competency based learning programs; functional / process / product trainings and leadership development frameworks, at a pan India level.
- Needs to have strong passion for learning and capability building. Build a structure and process to learning and capability building. Designing and implementing a competency framework.
- Identify learning needs in accordance with the organization's strategic and operational plans.
- Understand the gap of learning needs through job analysis, appraisal process and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Establish an ongoing process of review and development of learning to best represent business needs and company values. Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
- The candidate must have demonstrated strategic and tactical capability to define and drive the learning agenda across the organization using contemporary training approaches and digitized / e-learning tools.
- Should have team management skills and openness to travel, as required.
- Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR/OD with 12 - 18 yrs. of rich experience in design and delivery of learning interventions and OD strategies as well as content / curriculum development, with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services preferred.
