- Ensuring Return On Investment on Training.
- Floor Training
- Generating of report collation, analysis and forecast.
- Develop content and curriculum design
- Develop criteria for evaluating training and training related services.
- Qualitative Audits - mystery shopping
- Cross selling sales figures of two quarters within training interim
- Promotions amongst this pool
- Develop & draft training budget proposals
- Ensuring there is an increase in the internal promotions among the trained people.
