L&D Head - India - Hyderabad - FMCG GCC organization

- As a Learning & Development Leader, you will be managing, expanding, and suggesting improvements in the curriculum of learning and development offerings and take active role in designing and implementing the Capability from both Functional, Leadership perspective to address the needs of the organization

- This role involves participation in the selection and management of vendors, training programs, and other tools.

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent and learning needs for the business; and develop program solutions to support the business talent and leadership

- Take active role in leading the successful design, development, implementation, and delivery of L&D programs that align to global strategies.

Ideal candidate will have :

- Full time MBA from a Tier-1/2/3 institute is a MUST

- 7+ years of total work experience with prior experience in designing learning & talent management strategy and Learning & OD frameworks

- Contextual experience in organizations with FMCG/Retail/GCC setup
