MBA/PG (Full-Time) with12-15 years of experience in leading behavioural training and leadership training vertical for a manpower intensive organization. Demonstrated ability to work and drive agenda in a multiple stakeholder, spread out organization. Understanding of vendor ecosystem and latest learning techniques
Preferred Industry FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Hospitality, large organizations, currently heading the L&D vertical
Age Not exceeding 40 years
Profile : Responsible for leading Learning & Development function for the organization globally. Ability to conceptualize, plan, design and implement specific interventions towards leadership development and behavioral change across the geography and businesses. Technology savvy to identify and implement latest tools to design and deliver learning agenda
