Job Description:


- Our client, a leading Financial Service company is looking to hire a Head of Learning & Development for their organisation.

- Looking for candidate with 12-15 years of HR out of which 7- 8 years of core experience in Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

Program Development:


- Design and deliver effective training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career development pathways to enhance employee skills and performance.

Talent Management:


- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and create targeted development plans for high-potential employees.

Performance Improvement:


- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the learning experience.

Change Management:


- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.

Stakeholder Engagement:


- Partner with key stakeholders to promote a learning culture and secure buy-in for development initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Financial Services sector.

Education: Full time MBA in HR for a reputed college.

Skills:


- Proven expertise in designing and implementing successful L&D programs, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge:


- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.


- Familiarity with the latest L&D technologies and methodologies.

Mindset:


- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, innovative, and passionate about driving employee development and organizational success.
