The candidate should have an excellent communication skill and should have handled L&D and employee engagement functions. We are looking for a candidate who values stability and ethical management practices.
A brief JD is given below :
- Lead the L&D strategy across all locations from learning need identification to execution
- Conceptualize and implement key talent development strategies and practices
- Identifying and assessing current and future training needs.
- Conduct and facilitate leadership development across levels in the organization.
- Competency mapping and framework.
- Create a strong internal Talent pipeline for the organization
- Drive Learning Management System.
- Develop and implement metrics and dashboards in L&D
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify talent development opportunities.
- Strengthen Training processes/framework to improve functional performance
- Drive culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Training evaluation and ROI aligned with business outcomes
- Spearhead the Employee Engagement for the organization across locations.
- Drive the overall Engagement strategy across all businesses and functions.
- Employee Engagement Surveys, analysis, action planning and collaborating with functional heads.
- Support strategic hr projects on an on-going basis.
