Hiring Head L&D for one of the leading company into Direct-to-Home (DTH) services based in Bangalore.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and managing a holistic functional capability management framework to deliver a seamless experience across all service touch-points. This includes defining the L & D standards for all Customer Operations Business Units and continuously evolving them to keep them recent /relevant as per the business environment.
- Evaluate & Onboard L & D business partners as per Client's philosophy and policies & procedures. Also ensure that the L & D methods applied / recommended are recent practices &relevant to business and enable achievement of business objectives at all times.
- Align Service delivery partners to L & D standards and establish control mechanisms to ensure compliance to defined standards.
- Facilitate Customer Service Operations heads and L & D managers in all areas pertaining to functional capability management and align them to L& D standards including enabling them with an understanding of processes to be followed for service delivery partner enablement.
- Delivering on company's service objectives of meeting and exceeding service-training norms in all aspects of training & capability management.
- Execute any other projects, tasks or activities required to align to national CS training initiatives and to enhance training team performance.
Looking for someone with an in-depth exposure in Learning and Development/ Training from either DTH Industry or from Telecom and eCommerce industry.
