Job Description:
Training & Development:
- Carry out Training Needs Identification for Functional & Behavioral Needs in consultation with Business Leaders ; once a year
- Create Training Calendar providing programme objectives, course content, faculty & schedule - April each Year
- Be a faculty for and personally conduct at least 20% of planned Behavioural Programmes
Employee Engagement & Diagnostics:
1. Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys covering all Mgmt. & Non-Mgmt. employees
2. Analyze results of Survey - by Overall Organization, by Function, by Region, by Depot, by Factory, by Reporting Manager and by Tenure at Berger
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
1. Identify Critical Roles after discussion with business leaders and ratification by MD
2. Identify High Potential talent (7D & Above) ; through discussion with business leaders and ratification by MD
Reward & Recognition:
1. Design & implement Employee Reward & Recognition Programmes through:
a) Instant / Spot Appreciation of Performance / demonstration of company values in action over an immediate time-frame
b) Appreciation of Consistent Performance / demonstration of company values in action over a monthly / quarterly time-frame
