Skills / Experience:

- Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise in designing/implementing L&D programs.

- Significant experience in working in large and diverse service delivery teams across a large multi-national services organization. Experience of managing teams (onsite/hybrid) is a must with the ability to effectively work in a global matrixed organization.

- Strategic thinking: ability to connect, identify less obvious opportunities, and create impact without explicit direction.

- Ability to work independently, to take ownership, to operate in a dynamic working environment Consulting and client servicing skills, ability to influence senior management.

- Excellent project management skills

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills at all levels within the organization.
