Head L+D role :

Role is to handle :

- L&D curriculum creation, content creation & delivery.

- Also good stakeholder management with senior leaders in the firm

- Training execution and development

- Assessment Centres

- Identification of Business needs for training

- Behavioural and Soft skill training

- Calendar management for training

- Training need analysis and feedback

- PG in HR or equivalent with 14-18 years exp from Sevice Industries like Mnc Consulting firms/ Bpos/ ITES/ Captive outfits/ Shared Services/ BFSi/ Hospitality and Travel Industry /Retail/ Telecom etc are eligible to apply

Apply with ctc drawn and location preferred clearly

Compensation is 35 L + Variables
