Head - Learning & Development - BFSI

We have a urgent opening for a Head L & D (PAN India) - based at Mumbai for one of our clients in the BFSI Sector.

Job Description:

- 10 to 20 years work experience in the Learning and Development function with at least 5 years at a senior management level

- Working closely with management and the leadership to identify training needs and trends within the organization

- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, sales training, product training, etc

- Manage and oversee the development of the training team PAN India

- Developing training modules along with the team in consultation with management and leadership

- Management of the training budget and devise an effective training calendar

- Experience in the BFSI sector would be an added advantage but not a must.

Skills:

- Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions

- Experience of partnering with third parties

- People Management experience

- A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications

- Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences

- Organized, a self starter and an inspirational leader
