The company has about 2700 employees and an additional 9000 on third party rolls.   The aim of the company is to offer Indian consumers access to a wide range of world-class, value-added payment products and services and have won awards like Reader's Digest 'Most Trusted Brand Gold Award' for 5 years and was also rated #2 in CNBC Consumer Awards 2 years in a row.  The Position :  Head - L&D : work along with the CPO and the function leaders to address organisational L&D needs by designing and executing L&D solutions at all levels thereby aiding to organisational growth. Responsible for developing a learning architecture, developing and managing online and offline learning content, managing end to end learning program life cycle, leveraging external seminars for functional training.  - Lead the design and ongoing review of learning and development architecture for the company aligned to overall HR and business strategy.  - Liaison with function leaders within organization to ascertain functional training needs as per the organizational goals & direction.  - Design and manage the annual L&D budget by estimating and forecasting entire L&D cost including content providers, external trainers and vendors.  - Design a training calendar based on the employee development plan (EDP) designed by OD team and ensure timely publishing and adherence to the training calendar.  - Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.  Skills and Experience:  - Master's degree in Organisational Development / HR, Education, Psychology or related field, ISTD Diploma.  - 10-15 years of total experience - a large part in L&D and/or OD  - Coaching and mentoring skills, facilitation, consulting, coaching, program development and management skills.  - Leverage Knowledge Management to drive new training content & methodologies.  - Knowledge of principles of organizational development & organizational effectiveness.  If this excites you, do send in your profile and in case there is a match between your experience and the role requirement, we will call you back to share further details.  Looking forward to hearing from you  Srishti
