Job Description:
Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for:
- Implementing progressive training, development and change management initiatives that have had a clear impact on the performance, effectiveness and talent development of an organization.
- Understand fundamental theories and prevailing practices of Training, development and change management in business settings.
- Defining the global training strategy with HR Director and communicate with the management team of individual units for clear understanding of responsibilities and expectations for training capabilities
- Deploying learning plans based on the business needs, and develop training strategies to meet the requirements of the talent development.
- Partnering with business leaders, internal technical trainers and external vendors to design training courses and deliver trainings, to ensure a smooth Learning & Development plan implement.
The Successful Candidate:
- Outstanding knowledge and hands-on experience in Learning, training program design, delivery and evaluation
- 12 years+ experience in professional HR, especially in Learning & Development field MBA in HR from a well reputed institute.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English, both written and verbal Strong coordination and interpersonal skills Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated
- A good team player who has vision and can think at strategic level
