Qualification : MBA (HR)
Drive and lead the learning & talent strategies
Initiatives including engagement, and management associate program
Career management interventions and talent fast track program across levels
Analysis of Training needs for various business units.
Identification & Selection of appropriate interventions to address the learning needs with specific emphasis on Technical Training.
Identification of Senior Facilitators and Faculty from Top colleges and the Industry & interface with them for conducting technical programmes & seminars.
Co-ordination with External & Internal experts for conducting seminars, workshops & classroom training sessions.
Planning and Designing of Annual Training Calendar
Process nominations and follow up with participants and ensuring prompt payments to all consultants and vendors.
Carry out post training activities such as Obtaining Feedback from participants &Analysis of feedback.
Inputs to Facilitators on effectiveness of session based on feedback received and to Business unit heads on statistics of training sessions
