1. JOB PURPOSE

1.To partner with Business Leaders to ensure the right interventions for making the Organization Change Ready. This includes ensuring right communication of key organizational initiatives- using change management principles to ensure implementation of initiatives

2.To partner with the CEO and CHRO in driving Leadership Development initiatives at Mid and Senior levels including the On The Job Training of Officer Trainees and Young Leaders ( Diploma Engineer Trainees shall be handled by the Plant HR team).This will include certification program for People Managers and Department Heads

2. REPORTING STRUCTURE

The position shall report to the CHRO . A small Team shall report to this position.

3. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan the Change Management initiatives to implement big ticket change involving multiple stakeholders

Understand People Management needs for various roles and design and deliver programs to enhance skills/attitude of people

Devise a comprehensive curriculum and on the job training for Officer Trainees and Young Leaders so as to ensure development of talent

Partner with Talent Management to create career paths for mid and senior levels

Planning and delivery of Communication Forums (ECF etc)

Create Forums/including e forums for sharing Learning and insights

4. KEY RESULT AREAS

1.Quality of Implementation of change initiatives.Feedback of stakeholders on change initiatives

2.Quality of Leadership Programs designed and Implemented at senior ( GM and above) and Middle ( E3/M2) levels. ( Feedback of stakeholders)

3.Quality of curriculum designed for the Campus recruits and its review and implementation ( Feedback of stakeholders)

5. MAJOR CHALLENGES

- Has to implement key change initiatives in a fast changing environment

- Needs to have very good experience in change management initiatives and huge personal credibility to influence stakeholders
