Looking for someone who has either started his/her career from industry and moved to academics or someone started his/her career from academics and moved to industry in Learning & Development.

The competencies that we are looking for are:

- Ability to convert textbook theory into operational reality

- A strong - practical- orientation

- Excellent Networking skills

- Ability to make academic sessions interactive, lively and interesting.

Age:

It will be preferable that the candidates are in the range of 50 to 53 years of age.

Experience & Qualification:

Should have teaching experience at a Senior Level in a top Management School or captive Management Development Center of a Company. A person who has in his credits, a good exposure and experience in the field of training, are also eligible.

Preferably an Engineering graduate with 2 years full time MBA degree.
