Job Description :-
1. Identification of training and development needs
2. Run programs on leadership and functional development
3. Collaborate with institutes/universities for specialised programs identified by the company.
4. Develop review systems for the effectiveness of training.
5. Support and initiate digital learning programs in the company.
6. Work towards developing the modal ROI (return on investment) in training
Reporting to the Head of HR of the business
