- Learning & Development Design, Development & Implementation
- L&D philosophy, structuring
- Succession Planning- Design and execute the succession planning framework and process for the available talent
- Design L&D Policies, processes & Governance
- Build L& D capability within the organization
- Talent Management & reviews - Work on tracking, analysing organizational performance and design data to, identify talent trends, gaps, and inform talent management practices such as organizational design, hiring, onboarding, development, career planning, performance, compensation, and succession planning.
