JOB PROFILE :-
1. Responsible for the Strategy Formulation of the Organization.
2. Plan and execute learning strategies and training for the strategic management group of existing business
3. Should be a Learning & Development Professional who can imbibe learning strategies and carry it all the verticals of the organisation.
4. Responsible for Talent Development, Training Management, Strategic Planning, Performance evaluation, Content Management and Organizational Development
5. Develop and execute learning and development strategy in Assessment , Reengineering of existing programs and take care of gap analysis
6. Should strategise the content development, assessment centres and Training modules.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & relationship management skills with extensive experience in L&D and Development of the workforce with the ability to work in a multi cultural environment
8. Should plan training need analysis, form training calendar and learning strategies.
