GM Learning and Development 10-15 yrs exp

The Incumbent is responsible for all of the global functional learning and development programs through-out

Responsibilities include :

- Identify and understand the strategic training needs

- Designing training needs for the Businesses

- Build best in class development solutions

- Delivery and Implementation

- Stakeholder Management

- Team leadership

- Vendor Selection & Management

- Should be a part of or lead large organizational transformations (ideal expertise in change management and organization design)

- Global outlook and decentralized stakeholder management experience

- Result oriented

- Project Management certification is ideal, but not required.

- Business Acumen (background in sales, marketing, or HR Business Partner)

- Presentation skills - both PPT creation and facilitation skills

- MBA HR, OD or Industrial Psychology,

- 10+ years of experience with HR or project management

- Fluency in English
