Job Summary:

- We are looking for an accomplished Head of Learning and Development to lead our training and development strategy across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in corporate learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training models that cater to diverse employee levels and positions.

- This role requires a strategic visionary who can drive our learning initiatives, maintain strong market connections to source cutting-edge training programs, and keep our workforce equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant training content tailored to different audiences.

- Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and integrates the latest industry standards and best practices.

- Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive global learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals and enhances employee performance and engagement across all levels and positions.

- Training Program Design and Implementation: Design and implement innovative and scalable training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.

- Ensure training programs are relevant, up-to-date, and effectively meet the evolving needs of the business.

- Facilitation and Delivery: Lead and facilitate high-impact training sessions both virtually and inperson, engaging employees across various departments and regions.

- Ensure the effective delivery of training by internal trainers and external vendors.

- Market Connection and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in learning and development.

- Maintain strong relationships with external training providers and industry experts to bring in new and innovative training solutions.

- Employee Development: Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and career development needs.

- Implement tailored learning paths and development programs to support career progression and talent retention.

- Technology Integration: Leverage inhouse Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training delivery, track participation, and measure the impact of learning initiatives.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the learning and development budget.

- Optimize the use of resources to ensure high-quality training while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- A master's degree or relevant certifications.

- Over 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a global role.

- Extensive experience in corporate training, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the use of technology in training.

- Proven track record of maintaining industry connections and sourcing innovative training solutions from external providers.

- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
