- This is the global role managing a team of more than 100 people.

- Strong believer in the mission to deliver outcomes through digital Learning Solutions. Skilled in Instructional Design, Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Learning Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

- Right mix of strategic plan for revenue growth and operational efficiency for maintaining the bottom line. responsible for learning and development across the globe. Delivery, design, operations, defining the competency matrix, competency mapping within the organization.

- Strong network and customer relationship management skill is very essential for the role.

- Build high performance team.

- Well versed in NPS, CSAT & Goal Management.

- Seasoned and dynamic learning professional with comprehensive business and technical experience in managing teams and all aspects of learning engagements.

- Solutions oriented professional with well-honed skill in collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients.

- Should have in building medium to large teams from scratch and identify technology areas in the field of learning.

- Excellent customer relationship management skills focus on developing programs is very important.

- Excellent candidate should be from EdTech, Insurance or Banking industry would be preferred.

- Minimum 18 to 22 years experience with six sigma certification would be ideal.
