Key Responsibilities:

- Design talent strategies for leaders, managers, and individual contributors.

- Build leadership journeys, IDPs, and succession planning frameworks.

- Develop reskilling/upskilling programs for future business readiness.

- Overhaul induction and campus programs into digital-first journeys.

- Champion DEI programs and embed into talent strategies.

- Drive digital transformation of learning platforms and delivery engines.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA with 15 years of experience in L&D and talent development.

- Proven expertise in designing leadership and career development programs.

- Strong knowledge of digital learning transformation and DEI initiatives.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and strategy execution.

- Experience in building reskilling and upskilling frameworks.

- Visionary, data-driven, and adept at scaling talent strategies.
