Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Learning and Development to lead and drive our organization's talent development initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance leadership capabilities, managerial effectiveness, and overall employee performance across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Development:

- Design and implement leadership development frameworks to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and development programs for senior leaders to enhance strategic thinking, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.

- Lead executive coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen leadership capabilities.

Supervisory & First-Time Manager Programs:

- Develop and execute structured learning pathways for first-time managers and supervisors to ensure a smooth transition into leadership roles.

- Focus on building essential leadership skills, including team management, communication, conflict resolution, and performance feedback.

Managerial Development:

- Create and deliver competency-based programs for mid-level managers to enhance leadership and managerial skills.

- Equip managers with tools and strategies for effective team management, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Performance Management:

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement performance management systems that foster accountability and continuous improvement.

- Provide training and guidance on setting SMART goals, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback.

Career and Succession Planning:

- Develop career development frameworks that align individual aspirations with organizational goals.

- Identify high-potential talent and create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and business growth.

- Facilitate career coaching and individual development planning for key talent across the organization.

Frontline Product Training & Certifications:

- Partner with product and sales teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for frontline employees.

- Develop certification programs to ensure employees possess the required knowledge and skills to represent the company's products effectively.

- Continuously assess and update training content to reflect product updates, market trends, and customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership, managerial, and employee development programs.

- Strong knowledge of performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.

- Experience with learning technology platforms and tools is a plus.
