Job Responsibilities :
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Leverage multi-channel technology solutions to deliver training and communication to the organization
- Identify the best method for delivery of training programs in person, train the trainer, videos, online, in-app solutions etc.
- Work with technology team to develop and deliver best in class technical solution that meets the needs
- Develop a multi-lingual employee engagement program/retention programs
- Assess areas of improvement that are leading to attrition
- Develop strategies and programs to attract and retain talent in the organization
- Team Management and Collaboration
- Manage head office and field office resources to deliver the goals of the department
- Collaborate with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments
- Build and Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants for specialized outsourced programs
- Deliver team performance within budget
Qualifications :
Education :
Work Experience : Minimum 8 to 15 years relevant experience
Age : Aged below 45 yrs.
Other Requirements :
- Develop a Career Development Program for the Company
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
