Head - Leadership and Organization Development (L&OD)
We have been retained by a client to identify 'Head of Leadership and Organization Development (L&OD) '
The position is a part of Senior Leadership Team. The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Enabling and developing the next generation of leaders, succession planning, pipeline building and assessments.
- Coach, guide, enable focused feedback to leaders for them to grow (eg 360 degree feedbacks)
- Focused OD interventions
- Deploying change management approaches/frameworks focusing on culture, people, leadership and process transformations.
The ideal candidate would be :
- A Management graduate from a reputed institute with 16-22 years of experience with proven track record of effective Leadership Development and OD interventions.
- Must have undertaken few HR transformations and change management exercises.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
