Job Description
- Lead Leadership hiring. Cultivating a high performing team of innovative and service-oriented talent acquisition professionals.
- Oversee the full-cycle leadership recruitment processes (managing applications, candidate communications, interviews, and assessments, background check etc.) requirements while focused on creating an environment of continuous improvement.
- Regularly evaluate interview process to ensure relevancy and best in class procedures.
- Manage all hiring assessments and technology platforms used to recruit and vet leadership candidates.
- Develop a trusted relationship with all teams and leaders a global level in order to achieve strong business collaboration.
- Serve as Organization's recruiting subject matter expert and collaborate within HR and the business to enhance the talent acquisition experience for all stakeholders.
- Stay informed on policies, processes and practices, and the work of the team to ensure that business remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices.
- Contribute to commitment to diversity and belonging.
General Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of leading a high performing team in Leadership Hiring from large IT Services Organization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated team commitment and strong work ethic.
- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
