- Design and implement leadership development strategies and programs that will help, develop and retain talents at leadership levels.
- Create the Leadership and Management development architecture including design and deployment of role based leadership development programs, change management frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs.
- Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Leading the performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
Candidate Requirements:
- 13+ years of experience with Full Time MBA Mandatory
- Experience from NBFC/Banks/ Insurance Industry is required.
