- Conceptualize, design and Implement the Talent Development framework from mid to senior level.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design a talent development / management process leading to pipeline development of high potential internal and external candidate
- Understand and define business needs of company and plan L&OD interventions to meet those needs whilst balancing local and global priorities, ensuring alignment and scalability
- Lead OD team and Learning function, managing the implementation of plans and strategies by maximizing the resource of the whole team and contracting with external partners as required to deliver on agreed plans
- To review strategy & policy development and provide specialist, authoritative advice on the implications for the organization Change management
- Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities by helping companies adjust to large-scale transitions
- Analyze statistics on key demographic trends and manage distribution of diversity reports and statistics to key stakeholders
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
- Post Graduate / MBA from Tier I/II institutions
- 12-15 years of experience of which 6 yrs preferably in Leadership development & OD interventions
