- Conceptualize, design and Implement the Talent Development framework from mid to senior level in Company
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design a talent development / management process leading to pipeline development of high potential internal and external candidates
- Understand and define the business needs of company and plan L & D; OD interventions for the same
- Lead the OD team and partner with the Learning function, managing the implementation of plans and strategies; contracting with external partners as required to deliver on agreed plans
- To review strategy & policy development and advise on the implications for the organization
- Facilitate implementation of appropriate change initiatives
- Define the data metrics and analyze those on key demographic trends
- Periodically assess and evaluate the efficacy of the OD initiatives
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
Candidate Profile : 12-15 years of HR experience with at least 6 yrs in Leadership development & OD in a growth organization; Experience in the BFSI domain is desirable
