Client Details
Our client is an MNC that operates within the FMCG space in India. As a part of their aggressive growth plans they are looking to hire a Lead- Leadership Development to manage the development and learning needs for the CxO's.
Description
Reporting into the Head HR your roles & responsibilities will include the following :
- Create and design the overall Leadership Development Strategy for the Cxo's
- Work closely with the leadership teams and identify their development needs
- Implement and design development programs by conducting talent reviews, leader connect sessions, development centres and assessment centres
- Support and nurture the development of high potential talent and identification of the progress areas
Profile
You come with 12-15 years of experience in an MNC with an MBA in HR from a reputed business school. You have specifically managed Leadership Development programs and have a good exposure coupled with relevant certifications in the same. You are a mature professional who can hold conversations with senior stakeholders and are looking to take on the next step in your career.
