Responsibilities :

- Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy

- Partner with Product Management, and Engineering to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features

- Document storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps based on user research

- Build Wireframes and Prototypes based on the requirements

- Carry out Usability Testing and capture the metrics to take objective decisions What We're

Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in a ; UX/Product Designer role

- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- Prior experience in designing responsive mobile Apps and Web Apps

- Experience in designing low and high-fidelity interfaces using design best practices

- Experience in using tools such as Adobe Suite, InVision, Sketch, Figma (indicative, not exhaustive)

- Track record of having developed a design language that meets the business vision

- Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android, and iOS.

- Experience in carrying out usability study/testing and familiar with usability metrics

- Ability to work as part of an agile/scrum team
