PLM Practice Head/Lead (Teamcenter)

- Managed large PLM programs involving implementation, integrations, data migration across P Siemens Teamcenter platform.

- Experience in implementing various Team center modules ,

- Able to architect the solutions on these platforms.

- Experience in PLM ERP/ Enterprise applications Integrations & PLM MCAD / ECAD Integration

- Experience in managing and delivering large End to End PLM transformation programs , owning all aspects of quality , cost and delivery

- Strong domain knowledge and business process understanding of automotive, aerospace ,industrial, high-tech and CPG industries

- Understanding / exposure to PLM on cloud - implementations / migrating of on prim apps to AWS , Azure , GCP cloud platforms

- Well versed with Project management tools and techniques , comfortable with Agile implementation methodology leveraging DevOps & Test automation techniques

- Supported PLM pre sales efforts driving customer workshops , presenting solutions and proposals.

- Responsible and proven track record in team and skill building

- Excellent leadership , people management skills & equipped to handle large teams

- Extensive work experience in delivering projects with different delivery models.

- Excellent customer expectations management , presentation and communication skills
