Head/Lead - HR Business Partner - Bank

Title: HR Head BP Lead

Client: Leading bank of India

- Heading HR function for all business spread across Hyderabad and Mumbai centers . Managing close to 2000 employees.

- Will be supported by team of 4-5.

- Role involves partnering the Business Heads on all aspects of employee management,

- Ensure effective and planned staffing at all time. Ensure smooth induction and attrition cover at all point in time.

- Talent management- ensure fair and timely assessment- upholding the ethos of meritocracy at all time,

- Succession planning- be a talent scout effectively engage with business leaders to identify promising employees for leadership roles in the business

- Spearhead the employee engagement initiatives across all the centers. Preside of disciplinary action panels.

- Ensure compliance across all HR processes.

- The role will also involve upholding the brand image of the Bank across all engagements.

- The role is both strategic and execution focused.
