Knowledge and Skills :
- To Head / Lead the Corporate Sales Team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver sales proposals and sales presentations to executive level clientele and to present information in such a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
- Strong customer focus; shows a sincere interest in focusing on client requirements and needs
- Skill in conceptualising creative solutions; able to integrate training and consulting services and to develop complex solutions to meet customer needs
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually
- Strong organisational, time-management and personal-management skills
- Possesses good PC skills, including ability to use the Internet, databases, and presentation software
- Demonstrates mastery in knowledge and skill areas required for sales effectiveness, including :
- Developing solutions that include multiple products, consulting and other services, and customised training
- Industry and competitive knowledge
- Understanding customers industry and business needs
- Going on Joint sales calls and able to provide constructive feedback to colleague and open to receiving constructive feedback from colleagues

Requirements :
- MBA / B.Tech with 8+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management role.
- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporates & enterprises
- Gathers in-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for the corporate partner
- Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills
- Cross-functional finesse; you'll be working with a lot of teams here at Companies
