The current headcount of the company is 4000+. Position Overview: The Head of L&D and Talent Management will oversee the Company's overall L&D and Talent Management process. As the custodian, the role holder will be accountable for developing high-quality strategies and plans that align with the Company's VMV and the direction set by the CHRO. Ensuring that the Learning & Talent Management initiatives deliver the desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for developing a Talent Management and L&D strategy aligned to the VMV and Strategy of the Company. - Drive people development initiatives to ensure that the organization is primed for growth from a talent availability perspective. - Ensure that there is rigor in the preparation of Development Plans and the execution of development interventions associated with the plans. - Accountable for the Fast Track Program, identification of current and emerging top talent, and for creating a talent/leadership pipeline to ensure that the growth plans are not disrupted for want of leadership and talent. - Jointly accountable with the TA Lead to ensure that an enterprise-wide IJP process is put in place and that rotation of talent across business units, plants, and functions is institutionalized. - Accountable for operationalizing the Succession Planning process and ensuring that N-2 positions have identified successors. - Introduce a Career Path structure for the enterprise to provide a growth path to the employees and to support the development of the leadership pipeline. - Accountable for developing and operationalizing a comprehensive L&D Strategy with a clearly defined set of learning interventions to meet the needs of the individuals and the organization. - Ensure that the learning interventions are rolled out as per the annual learning calendar. - Initiate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) as required. - Put in place customer satisfaction surveys for the TM Function and aim for a 90% satisfaction score. - Align the employees to the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values through a series of structured interventions. Required Qualifications: - MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-School. - Between 14 - 20 years post qualification experience with 5 - 7 years in the manufacturing sector in the L&OD and Talent Management Function. - Deep understanding and insights of Learning and Talent Management in a fast-growing organization is essential. - The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with a creative bent of mind coupled with strong persuasive skills.
