Key Task & Activities
- Collaborate with mgmt. and strategy team members, channel and departmental heads to gain understanding around strategic business direction and associated plan.
- Forecast development needs aligned to business and performance needs.
- Analyze, evaluate and identify high-impact areas for development initiatives.
- Review measurement data across projects/programs on an on-going basis to determine effectiveness of current products and services.
- Define and implement world class learning interventions for leadership development
- Define standards for design and development work outputs.
- Review team work outputs against defined standards.
- Provide deliverable-specific feedback and individualized developmental inputs to team members for continuously achieving defined standards.
- Identify leadership training interventions
- Define & develop suitable delivery methodology for leadership development programs for employees at grades AVP and above.
- Create and implement leadership programs
- Review programs on an on-going basis to determine effectiveness.
- Guide the development team throughout the development stage and suggest changes, modifications as required
- Interact with learners of a learning program during various phases such as pilot, rollout etc.
- Interact with the L&D trainers during delivery of a learning program (either TTT or pilot or on-going to guide, instruct or clarify doubts)
MBA from Premier B School with atleast 7 years of experience of which atleast last 2 years should be managing L&D / Talent Management initiatives for the organization.
