This requirement is for a Digital Marketing and Analytics firm, HQ in US. The team size is about 150 in India- most of the employees are from tier 1 Management and Engineering institutes. The management is looking at a seasoned L&D professional to set up the L&D vertical for the organisation in India.
Some of the requirements are
1. The person should have a minimum of 15 years in L&D, preferably in an IT organisation
2. Must have handled Leadership training
3. Must have base technical knowledge. Past experience in technical training is desirable. Ideally working in an IT firm currently, handling the training requirements. Experience in IT certification/setting up certification process etc is good
4. Should be hands-on with all aspects of training (content/delivery etc). The person should be kicked about building a team from scratch, rather than running an established team of trainers
5. Will work with senior executives in determining the programs/intervention required, vision and roadmap for learning
The candidate:
1. Min 15 years in L&D handling Leadership, Management and Technical training
2. Excellent academic credentials (Post Graduate Desirable)
Location : Bangalore
Salary : 25-35 lacs PA
